Our client, a global professional services firm is seeking a Knowledge Management professional to be based in London in a newly created position, joining an established Knowledge team.
Working closely to support all KM activities in the practice, and dealing first hand with senior partners, we are seeking candidates who can demonstrate a proven understanding of KM methodology and experience of working in a pro-active, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- working with the practice to collect, synthesize, package and deploy knowledge capital
- work closely with the Portal Development team to ensure online content is managed and maintained and in line with governance framework
- knowledge harvesting and deployment
You will work closely with the wider KM team and you will become the 'go-to” expert for enquiries relating to knowledge assets. Candidate requirements will include the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders; to clearly articulate KM solutions; to work proactively and to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a ideally a good working knowledge of SharePoint.
