Optimising your research service
Following Jinfo's 2018 "State of the industry" session at the start of the year, a core theme to emerge was service reengineering. This means applying techniques to managing the way we work, and optimising them so we work at full capacity. When done right, the results have been seen first-hand and are not to be sniffed at.
