Meet the new customer engagement team and find out how they'll help you get the most out of your Subscription.

During 2018 and 2017, we made significant improvements and enhancements to our Subscription offer and strengthened our events team.  

The latest recruits to Jinfo are our customer engagement team - a select group of information professionals who understand your challenges and needs, and help you get what you value most from your Subscription.  

The customer engagement team is contacting customers on a regular basis. You'll hear from them regarding upcoming content and research, as well as product enhancements. They are also asking directly for feedback: your suggestions for topics to cover or areas for improvement, so that we can continue to tune Jinfo to your needs.

The team are all information consultants who have many years of experience in the corporate field and understand the pressures and challenges of running a successful information centre. Find out about more about Andrew, Jan and Lynn on our people page

The new team works closely with account manager Ann Marie Plankey and Claire Laybats, head of commercial development, to ensure you're getting value from your Subscription, are aware of what's available in your Subscription, and to give you an overview of the kind of work our consulting department does.  

They also work closely with the editorial, events and product development team, led by head of product, Catherine Dhanjal, to feed your comments back, so that they can be taken into account for our ongoing product development.
