Get the outputs you need
One of the strengths of Digimind Intelligence is the way in which it enables employees across an organisation to monitor, capture and share content, although the ability to set up projects is limited to higher-level users.
Digimind enables you to query the websites it crawls by keyword. It tracks blogs, Twitter accounts and corporate accounts, and enables you to search Facebook, videos and patents. It also provides access to pre-set content groups such as national or specialist media.
In terms of outputs, its dashboards display information using folders and tags, while its newsletters can be customised with your corporate branding. Its API allows content to be shared with apps like Jive, Yammer and SharePoint.
