In a Jinfo Assessment, your analyst will gather the required information, and use our proprietary benchmarking data to provide you a summary of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and recommendations for areas to address.

Following assessment, we can work with you to address identified priorities, as well as schedule progress check-ins at intervals to gauge your progress against your identified goals for improvement.

Your assessment analyst provides:
Initial meeting to identify goals, information sources, potential barriers and timeline
Research on your environment which may include interviews, surveys, benchmarking and other methods
Written report of findings and prioritised recommendations
Facilitated web-based meeting with you (and stakeholders if desired) to discuss findings and map out next steps
Final report and an executive summary for senior stakeholders may be requested
