Abstract

Jinfo recently conducted a survey to assess how corporate information professionals understand and use discovery services. In this second of a four-part article, we look at the user needs which are driving the assessment and deployment of discovery services in the corporate sector. The results of the survey highlight key pain points for users which we explore further.
