Abstract

A recent Jinfo Community session looked at how well content aggregation platforms meet user needs and we also invited a number of vendors to give their feedback on the discussion. In this article, Brian Gelinas, head of product strategy, knowledge & insight at Dow Jones talks about the importance of high-quality and trusted information and its associated cost, as well as changing customer demands and opportunities created by new technology, including the introduction of the new Dow Jones Data, News and Analytics platform (DNA).
