A recent Jinfo Community session looked at how well content aggregation platforms meet user needs and we also invited a number of vendors to give their feedback on the discussion. In this article, Katy Fixter, general manager of the Research Segment at LexisNexis talks about how customers contribute to product development, what Nexis offers in terms of new enhancements, and how customers can use data feeds from Nexis into their own systems.
