Abstract

Changing from a major supplier of information and news to another is a daunting prospect, potentially involving months of evaluation and upheaval and the realisation that the content is entwined into many aspects of the company's processes and departments, making it difficult to unpick. Robin Neidorf interviewed information managers who've been through the big switch to ask them what advice they'd pass on to others.
