Join this session for frank discussion with other information managers on team management, motivation and how it might look to coach someone into their next role somewhere else.
Half of this session will be devoted to open dialogue on any topic relating to information strategy. Bring (or suggest ahead of time) your critical topics on services, stakeholder communications, value measurement and more.
Jinfo's director of research, Robin Neidorf, will facilitate discussion.
